"My Husband calls it my body “by John” I was a relatively fit 51 year old with a creeping weight gain. At 5'5" 144lbs I could not lose weight. I was walking 5km a day and eating a low-fat healthy diet. My daughter suggested I gain muscle to boost my metabolism. I came to john after I graduated university looking to re-build body from taking much time off from being physically active.
