"My Husband calls it my body “by John” I was a relatively fit 51 year old with a creeping weight gain.
At 5'5" 144lbs I could not lose weight. I was walking 5km a day and eating a low-fat healthy diet.
My daughter suggested I gain muscle to boost my metabolism. I started weight training 2x/week with
John and found the half hour sessions passed quickly. He varies the program so that I am never bored
and that all muscle groups are targeted.
In a relatively short period of time I watched the scale drop to 128 lbs. The best part is seeing the

benefits. My balance has improved. Hiking and downhill skiing is now effortless. I wish I had done this

"I had been doing strength training and jogging on and off for about nine years before my wife and I connected with
John through a mutual friend. During this time I had taken a break from workouts to focus on other pressing matters,
and gained a significant amount of fat, peaking at 252 lbs in 2004. I had managed to get this down to 227 lbs through
more consistent exercise by the time we started with John in April 2007, but reached a fitness and weight-loss plateau.
John showed us how to take our workout intensity through the roof, and gave useful and realistic dieting tips.
I began shedding fat, and have now reached 185 lbs - 42 lbs in one year with John! Amazingly, my strength haderek photos also

"In September 2008 I took a step through the door at Hi End Fitness and I know without a doubt it was a
step that has drastically changed the direction of my life. It was a "course correction" that I could never
have imagined.
Over three years I had put on about 25 lbs and gone up almost 2 dress sizes.
My goal was simple - lose 25 lbs and wear a size 10 again. John told me he'd have me wearing a size 8. Having
never worn a size 8 in my life I was skeptical... and hopeful. With a lot of hard work and support (and fun!)
not only did I meet my goal but I also met the one John set for me. Over 35 lbs later and happily wearing a size 8,
I am in the best shape of my life.
But as it turns out, my journey at Hi End Fitness hasn't just been
about finding a leaner body... along the way I have learned more about myself and what I am capable of, I have
regained my self confidence and as a result I have seen success in other areas of my life. Even now, after almost
two years, when I finish a workout I feel like I've achieved something I can be proud of. That sense of

"I am an international competitive fencer. I was looking for a personal trainer that would meet the criteria
that I needed to advance me in my sport. A friend recommended John DePass. What got my attention first were his
education, background and experience. After my first few workout sessions with John I knew that I found a personal
trainer that would help me with my goals. John took the time to educate himself with what I needed to become
a better fencer. I am also doing a nutrition program with John as well as my workout sessions. He has helped

| "I knew i needed to loose weight and i prefered to not go to busy gym's with not much experience with weight
lifting and other core excersizes. My dad had told me about hi end fitness so i thought i would go over and have
an assessment. We came up with an eating and excersize plan that could fit my college lifestyle. I got hooked to
the training sessions because the intensity of the workout was so much more than i could have done by myself.
I went from being somewere between 185-190 pounds with a 36 or 38 pant size to just under 130 pounds in 7 months.
