Private Training – 30-60 minute personal training sessions focusing on strengthening core musculature, major muscle groups, balance, and co-ordination. Developing basic boxing, kicking and agility drills. For those who want to achieve there ultimate potential.private

Group Training – 1hr of training in group of 3-8 people. Circuit training with a Core focus. Working major muscles, balance and co-ordination. Learning basic boxing, kicking and agility drills.

Monday, Wednesday Morning @ 10am
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday evenings @ 7pm

In Home Training – 45-60 minute in home sessions. We can bring the materials for your workout or guide you in the purchase of home equipment. Focusing on Core strengthening and working the major muscles. Improving your balance and Co-ordination. Developing basic boxing skills in the privacy of your own home.

Corporate Training
– Promoting healthy lifestyle habits within the company to improve the mental state and physical capabilities of staff or executives. People building seminars or lunch meetings to provide information about organizing nutritional and exercise programs. Group training at corporate location or within our studio. Stress relief classes.

Kids Classes – Addressing childhood obesity problem. For children 6-12 yrs old. Encouraging children to exercise using games and fun drills. Developing muscular control, balance, and co-ordination. Disscussing and encouraging healthy eating and lifestyle choices. Having organized safe fun.

Nutrition – Educating clients on the importance of nutrition for achieving results. Establishing personal nutritional requirements according to individuals lean body mass. Providing lists of food choices for client. Organizing a plan considering the clients food choices and personal nutritional requirements. Providing clients with 30 days of macro nutrient balanced, calorie controlled, personalized nutrition plans.

Mentoring/Life Coaching – Guiding Young men 13-23 yrs old. Less structured time periods to build trust and relationships ie playing sports or meeting for meals. Sharing positive lifestyle skills, motivation, encouragement and support. Helping young adults to plan and goal set. Creating short and longterm goals and visions. Sharing experience and discussing alternative solutions. Prime your son to be all he can be.
